It is very hard to find a specialist for the packaging of DIE's!
For this reason we are looking for young people who want to develop in this direction and have a positive attitude towards learning and working.
The basis for a successful apprenticeship is a good secondary school certificate or a good high school diploma. Here, good grades in physics, mathematics and English are particularly important.

Your qualifications:

• You should like to work on modern machines, understand them later and be able to repair them.
• Since you will be working with chips that are smaller than 1x1 mm, you should be handy, be able to concentrate well and have a good eye.
• To be able to understand and implement technical drawings, you should have a good spatial sense.
• It is very important that you are a team Player!

MAF Microelectronic Assembly Frankfurt (Oder) GmbH is a specialist for the assembly of microelectronic circuits. The company offers as one of few companies the packaging / housing of electronic components in Europe. From wafer sawing over the bonding of DIE's to the ready housed and packaged component.
To strengthen our team we are looking for an operator / machine operator as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Independent operation, set-up, retooling of production equipment after appropriate training period.
• Reliable and responsible work.
• Control and supervision of the production process.
• Execution of small maintenance and repair works.
• Carrying out quality controls accompanying the production process.
  

Your qualifications:

• Completed training as a microtechnologist, machine / plant operator or tool mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in plant operation and in the management of industrial production plants.
•  Technical understanding, as well as interest in dealing with technology.
• High sense of quality and responsibility.
• Reliability, high motivation and ability to work in a team.
• Independent and careful way of working.
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts.
